In this cozy, busy and popular street in Deurne is a characteristic row house. The house is located in a small neighbourhood that feels like a garden suburb. The front gardens form a buffer to the street and give here and there a green accent to the neighbourhood.

After entering the home via a few steps, you enter a new hallway that at the front indicates a staircase upstairs and as you continue walking you encounter the basement stairs. The original door to the living space has been moved up in all the proposals and this shift gives room for a toilet and checkroom area for the family and its visitors. Through a door you enter the living space and enter the heart of the home where we have played with dining and work space. Two proposals were worked out here as for the other spaces. The dining area is always designed with a long bench and some chairs, the office space is folded in between the kitchen and sitting area. When we walk back to the street, we see a spacious kitchen with an island and plenty of opportunities to eat and cook together.

In our proposals, you cook facing the street, eat quietly in the center of the house and sit in the garden room facing the sunny garden.
