Charming row house located in Oud Berchem was in need of some adjustments both on the ground floor and on the floors. With a few minor interventions, the house has become an oasis of light and greenery.

The ground floor folds with the large openings in the back facade around a cozy green city garden. On the second floor, the bathroom was opened up and a pleasant laundry room and washing area were created. With a functional playful storage wall on the left and laundry facilities on the right along the new joinery. Functional storage spaces were created in the upstairs rooms and the rear facade was further renovated to create a sustainable and energy-friendly home.
